Istebna is a picturesque place situated on the slopes of Beskid Slaski. For active tourists there was prepared a huge offer and perfect conditions to practice both summer and winter sports. There is a snow cover here for about 5 months a year and the thickness of the cover attains even 100cm! At winter you can practice downhill skiing at about 10 ski-lifts and a cross-country skiing on the Kubalonka runs, which have a FIS homologation.
